Anxiety Disorders

Specific Phobia: An obvious fear of a certain object or situation is a state of fear. This situation is avoided and this fear is disproportionate to the actual danger. Objective and situational examples such as an animal, airplane, earthquake, altitude, environmental conditions, blood needle phobias can be given. 

Social phobia: It is the intense fear and anxiety a person has in more than one social situation or in situations where they are observed and assessed by others. They are afraid of being judged negatively and show avoidance behavior. There is a disproportionate state of fear and anxiety. It can happen in situations where you are giving a presentation, talking to each other, or meeting people you don't know.

Panic Disorder: Recurring panic attacks. It is a situation that occurs within minutes with intense anxiety, fear, and distress. Palpitations, sweating, tremors, chest pain/ tightness, dizziness, numbness, flushing, fear of losing control, fear of death.

Common (Generalized) Anxiety Disorder:  For most periods of at least 6 months, general situations involve excessive fear and deception about activities (work, school, social environment, private life, performance). The person has difficulty controlling these delusions. Symptoms such as restlessness, nervousness, slight fatigue, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, irritability and sleep disorders can be observed.
